FNQ Blooms realize that one of your concerns will be buying product “sight unseen” from a new supplier. But be assured.

FNQ Blooms prides itself on a high-quality grading system. Each flower is graded no less than 4 times before being packed into boxes.

If you receive your flowers and there is any damaged to them. We ask you to take a photo, send it to us, and we will reimburse you for the damaged flower/s.

If you have any concerns with our product just let us know. I am all ways interested in hearing feedback.

You are able to buy your Tropical flowers from FNQ Blooms with complete confidence. Knowing you will receive high quality flowers.

 

Harvesting method

FNQ Blooms flowers are all picked before 10 am in the morning or after 4 pm in the afternoon, this ensures that the moisture level in the flower is at its highest. All flowers are cut and put directly into water to hold moisture levels. Flowers are then trimmed, put into a bath for washing, then sleeved. At all procedures the flowers are being graded. After grading flowers are then packaged into boxes, large or small depending on the order, flowers are packed with shredded paper and newspaper for their protection.

Your order leaves our premise within 24 hours from the time it was pick.

 

Our Deliver days

We ship to Queensland, NSW, Victoria and South Australia, our seasonal shipping is:

• Twice a week from September thought to May.

• Once a week June to August in our winter period.

Orders are taken throughout the week:

• Last order is no later than Thursday 11am for flowers arriving Monday.

• And no later than Monday 11am for flowers arriving Wednesday.

Your orders arrive either Saturday afternoon or Tuesday night to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide airports. Then carriers will bring them to your doorstep Monday and Wednesday

All flowers are ship via overnight airfreight though Vision International Cairns branch and then courier to get then to you as quick as possible.

We do not ship internationally. BUT would look at any openings.

 

Payment terms

Payments can be made via direct bank deposit.

• Public customers need to pay before shipment leaves the farm.

• A strict 14 day payment terms applies to florists.

• Wholesale customers can pay via a trading account.

 As FNQ Blooms is a growing business we maintain a strict overdue accounts policy and account holders will be subject to additional interest fees and debt collection service fees if overdue accounts remain outstanding and late collection services are required.

 

Privacy

FNQ Blooms will not disclose any personal information we collect from you or your business in processing your sale.

The only time this information will be disclosed is if it is required by law.
